Market Street Group, one of the largest restaurant groups in the Cayman Islands, wanted to develop a unified loyalty programme that could connect its 15 unique restaurant concepts with its loyal customers. The client wanted a programme that would incentivise repeat purchases, promote their businesses more efficiently, and measure the ROI of their marketing efforts.

This programme had to be easily understandable to customers, and provide a unique experience to drive engagement and increase revenue.

What we did

Unified brand identity & seamless app loyalty programme

We created a new brand identity for the loyalty programme called Bite Club, designed to connect the diverse range of restaurant brands and represent the common goal of rewarding customers. Our team developed an app from scratch that allowed customers to seamlessly redeem and track their rewards points, access event and menu information, and reserve tables at any of the 15 venues delivering a comprehensive loyalty programme. To increase user engagement, the app also offered personalised push notifications and SMS messages with targeted promotions and offers based on customer behaviour and data analytics.
