Bàcaro, a premier waterfront restaurant in the Cayman Islands, sought to redefine its digital presence to match its reputation for fine dining and exceptional hospitality. While the existing website functioned, it lacked key capabilities—particularly online payments and integrated event ticketing, crucial for enhancing the guest experience and supporting growing demand for special events.
Without these modern functionalities, Bàcaro faced operational inefficiencies and lost opportunities for conversion. Built on WordPress and integrated with WooCommerce, the new Bacaro.ky introduced full e-commerce capabilities, enabling guests to book tables, purchase event tickets, and make secure online payments effortlessly. A streamlined interface, mobile-responsive design, and clear booking flows reduced friction, improved conversions, and enhanced satisfaction for both guests and staff.
