Jacques Scott, the Cayman Islands’ leading retailer of fine wines and spirits, approached AirVu Media to modernise their online store. While their existing website was functional, it offered a poor user experience that made browsing and checkout cumbersome. Customers struggled to navigate the extensive product catalogue, and the outdated design failed to capture the premium essence of the Jacques Scott brand.

We redesigned the site with a bold, intuitive interface that made discovering fine wines and spirits effortless. Every touchpoint was refined for speed, clarity, and conversion — from dynamic product filtering to a streamlined checkout flow.
Behind the scenes, we integrated real-time inventory syncing with Jacques Scott’s POS system and introduced loyalty tools to reward repeat customers. The result: a frictionless shopping experience that feels as premium as the products themselves.
