The ask
Inclusion Cayman campaigns for access across island life. Its own website could not do the same.
Since 2008, Inclusion Cayman has worked with families, schools, employers, and government to break down the barriers facing children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organisation’s reach had grown well beyond what its website could carry. Three distinct pillars of work, a year-round events programme, annual reports, donations, volunteer sign-ups, and merchandise all sat behind a site that could not present them clearly or let the team publish without a developer. The gap mattered more here than it would elsewhere. An organisation that asks businesses and schools to audit their own accessibility needed a digital front door that met the standard it campaigns for.
What we did
Accessibility designed in from the first wireframe
We rebuilt inclusioncayman.ky around the organisation’s three pillars, Community, Education, and Employment, so every visitor lands within one step of the work that concerns them.
Accessibility shaped the build rather than following it. The site carries a persistent accessibility panel that lets any visitor set their own experience: three text sizes above default, high contrast, underlined or highlighted links, reduced motion, a readable font, a larger cursor, and greyscale. Preferences save to the device, so the choice only has to be made once. Underneath, the build follows WCAG AA guidance: a skip-to-content link, full keyboard navigation, semantic heading structure, descriptive alt text, visible focus states, and colour pairings checked for contrast across the brand’s green, purple, and orange.
The rest of the build gives the team room to move. Events, news, annual reports, and pillar content are all editable in WordPress without a developer. Donations, the Dream Maker Society, volunteer sign-ups, and a WooCommerce merchandise store run through the same site, with KYD and USD switching for overseas supporters.

What we did
An event brand and campaign for Uncharted 2026
Uncharted is Inclusion Cayman’s flagship conference, and the 2026 edition needed an identity of its own without drifting away from the parent brand.
We built that identity around the idea of navigation: a star mark drawn from the Inclusion Cayman palette, a visual language of paths and chevrons, and a type and colour system that sits alongside the charity rather than competing with it. The line “we navigate new paths with confidence” carries it.
The identity then ran through the room and the campaign together. Stage set, podium, signage, lanyards, and tote bags carried it in person at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman. Online, an event page, dated social assets, and email promotion carried it to the audience, all published through the same WordPress build the team runs day to day.
The conference filled the room and put the Premier and the Minister for Education on the Uncharted stage.
