The ask
To define a clear, differentiated hospitality brand for a new concept preparing to launch.
Governors Village was entering the Cayman hospitality market with a new short and long stay offering and a clearly defined guest in mind. The challenge was to create a brand that genuinely reflected the concept, spoke directly to its intended audience, and could be taken to market with confidence. After earlier brand work failed to capture the business or the guest, a clear reset was needed ahead of launch.
What we did
Developed a complete hospitality brand, from positioning through to launch ready assets.
The project began with a clear definition of the target guest and the role Governors Village needed to play in the market. From there, a complete brand system was developed, including positioning, visual identity, and a flexible design framework that could be applied consistently across all touchpoints. With a compressed timeline of under four weeks, the focus was on clarity, speed, and decision making, ensuring the brand was ready to support a confident launch.

What we did
Extending the brand into a distinct, but connected experience.
The Village café offering within Governors Village, needed an identity that could operate on its own while still aligning with the broader brand. The solution was a sub-brand system that introduced its own personality, while maintaining a clear visual and conceptual link to the core identity.
