Zest Meals, a food delivery company, approached us to help them transform their business operations. The company faced challenges in running a simple Shopify store and needed a platform that could manage its subscription business while providing excellent customer service. They required a custom-built solution that could reduce operational inefficiencies, track procurement and delivery, and improve the customer experience.

We built a new online destination using WordPress custom development from the ground up, which included a customised kitchen management system with three core elements that tracked the entire journey from ordering ingredients to the final delivery. We analysed Zest’s business operations and identified key problems they were facing.
Zest needed solutions beyond the initial scope of the project, and out team was ready to deliver by developing a meal kit subscription platform that enabled customers to auto-renew their subscriptions and pause them whenever needed. To increase sales and customer experience, we also created 60+ email automation sequences.
