Empower veterans & families in the United States
We The Veterans, a not-for-profit organisation, approached us with the challenge of recruiting volunteer poll workers for their Vet The Vote campaign during the 2022 and 2023 elections. They wanted to empower veterans and their family members to participate in building a stronger democracy in the United States. They needed a high conversion sign-up for each cohort and a way to track the percentage of poll workers trained and their assigned duties.
What we did
Automated & segmented email system
We created a customised email automation solution, which communicated with over 60,000 volunteers and segmented them based on the type of sign-up and whether they had been trained or not.
Additionally, we added automated triggers and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the percentage of trained poll workers and determine high-priority locations where volunteers were still needed. Our approach enabled us to go beyond the brief and create a more efficient and personalised communication process.
